Dealer Care Direct (DCD), is an Oklahoma-based provider of Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs) administered by its parent company, Gold Key Warranty LLC.
Dealer Care Direct gains market experience, efficiency and scale via its sister affiliate company, Consumer Care Direct (CCD), a leading provider of Direct-to-Consumer VSCs. Gold Key Warranty LLC dba Consumer Care Direct has been in business since 2007
Gold Key Warranty LLC dba Dealer Care Direct and Consumer Care Direct, is a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) founded, owned and operated by a long-time veteran of the Automotive VSC and aftermarket product world, first as a dealer-facing agent focused on the automotive, powersports and RV dealership arena. Since 2007, our founder and his team have been significant players in the DTC VSC provider world.
All three companies, Gold Key Warranty, CCD and DCD, are based in Norman Oklahoma. The combined DCD/CCD team consists of 25+ Full Time staff, including claims and accounting.
All Products are backed by Lexington National Insurance Corporation, an AM Best rated “A-” carrier.

the program administrator can utilize its national corporate credit card to make an immediate payment to the repair facility.

Transferable Coverage
All coverage plans are fully transferable if the remaining portion of the original manufacturer warranty has not been reduced or voided. A transfer fee will apply.
Maintenance Requirements
You’re required to perform maintenance services to your vehicle as outlined within the Owners Manual for your vehicle. You’re required to retain copies of all maintenance receipts during the term of the vehicle service contract.

The vehicle service contract administered by Dealer Care Direct offers five (5) levels of uninterrupted coverage.
